Kallimni service enables prepaid subscribers – without enough credit – to make a missed call to the party they wish to contact by dialing the number of the person they want to call. The Kallimni service is available to all prepaid subscribers under the following conditions:

• The service is available for prepaid subscribers whose number is (Inactive) status only and who do not have sufficient credit to enable them to make calls.
• The service is available without fees.
• The subscriber can make 4 calls (call me) during the day.
• The service is available for all local networks.
• The service works by making a normal call without any codes.
• The number receiving the call will receive a missed call and it will appear in the call log.
• The service does not work when there are free minutes, but it works to local networks.
