It is an electronic money service provided by SabaFon Company in partnership with CAC Islamic Bank, which enables you to conduct your financial transactions via mobile phone easily, quickly and safely in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2006 AD related to electronic payment and financial systems and banking operations, and based on Circular No. 11 of 2014 issued by the Central Bank Of Yemen concerning the regulatory rules for providing electronic services via mobile phone.
