SabaFon participates in the second Yemeni conference for brain and nerves surgery
The second Yemeni conference for brain and nerves surgery was held in Sana’a along with a workshop about the fundamentals of spinal injuries. Dr. Abdulaziz Habtoor, the prime minister of Yemen, attended the conference, which was sponsored by SabaFon.
The conference was organized by the Yemeni association of brain and nerve surgeons and it aims at exchanging the medical and practical experience and enhancing and improving the skills of the consultants and doctors in the domain of brain and nerve surgery.
The conference discusses during three days the latest developments in brain and nerve surgery through a number of local and
international surgeons. It also involves giving a webinar through the international nerve surgery channel.
The prime minister expressed his appreciation for the conference and stressed its importance in his speech, and he reassured that the government should sponsor such big achievements and initiatives to ensure total partnership with the private sector and all segments of the society.
On his part, Dr. Majed Amer, the president of the second Yemeni conference for brain and nerve surgery, welcomed the participation of a large number of surgeons from all over the world, expressing the happiness of the organizing committee for the large response to participate in the conference.
Dr. Majed Amer also drew the attention that the conference has been listed in the international and regional conferences and it shall be broadcast live through the international brain and nerve surgery channel. He also appreciated the efforts of the organizing parties and the sponsors of the event.
