SabaFon is pleased to provide Salafni service, which enables all SabaFon Prepaid subscribers to obtain emergency credit that can be used for all local mobile phone networks (SabaFon-YOU_Yemen Mobile_Y) according to the following conditions:
•The service is available for prepaid subscribers only whose balance is less than 0.9 units
• The service can be used after six months,180 days, from making the first call.
• In order for the subscriber to be able to benefit from the service, he/she must have recharged his/her line or received units from the transfer during the previous 3 months (receiving packages does not qualify to benefit from the service).
• The balance that the subscriber can obtain when requesting the service is 10 units that are not transferable to another account.
• The subscriber can request the service more than once, but only after paying the granted emergency balance.
• The emergency credit granted will be deducted upon any recharge or credit transfer process to the subscriber, and the subscriber will receive the usual grace period for the recharge or transfer process.
• If the subscriber recharges his account with a balance less than the emergency balance, a deduction will be made until the emergency balance is fully paid.
• The subscriber cannot benefit from the service if his plan is within the grace period (inactivity).
• The validity period of the emergency balance is 48 hours (from the date of addition and ends at the same time the balance was added, ( after 48 hours have passed), after which the system withdraws the emergency balance or what remains of it, and when the balance is recharged after the validity period, all the borrowed balance will be deducted (10 units) even if that balance is not used.
• If the customer uses part of the emergency balance and recharges the balance before the expiration of the 48-hour validity period, the system will deduct the entire borrowed balance (10 units), according to the following
•The subscriber must pay the borrowed balance within 15 days from the date of requesting the service. If the subscriber pays after the mentioned period (15 days), the service will be blocked for the subscriber for 5 days.
• When requesting the service, the subscriber cannot move to another package or tariff until the borrowed balance is paid in full.
• It is possible to benefit from the Sallefni service for all local networks only (call + SMS) according to the following tariff:
* The tariff for calling within the SabaFon network using emergency credit is the same as the regular tariff for prepaid lines (15 YRs per minute).
* The SMS tariff within the SabaFon network using the emergency credit is the same as the normal tariff (9 YRs per message).
* The tariff for calling other local networks only using emergency credit is (20 YRs per minute).
* The SMS tariff to other local networks only using emergency credit is (15 YRs per SMS).
* Allowing users of the emergency credit service to benefit from the data service (GPRS) according to the main tariff for prepaid lines (7.17 units per megabyte).
• The subscriber cannot use the emergency credit for international calls, calling landline numbers or international SMS, sending SMS to short numbers, or using the Internet while roaming.
• Calls cannot be forwarded using the emergency service (Sallefni) credit or MMS.
• If the subscriber changes his/her plan’s system from prepaid to postpaid, and he/she has an advance that he/she has not paid, the provider for the number will not change to the provider for the postpaid system until after the outstanding advance is paid, as the provider will remain as it was in prepayment.
• If the subscriber has a free credit, he/she can benefit from the emergency credit service, but priority in use will be for the emergency credit.
• The night tariff is not applied while calling or sending from emergency credit.
• You can request a collect call service if the party receiving the call has a loan balance
• You can make group calls from your credit balance.
• The subscriber will be notified of every balance request, payment, rejection or warning process via SMS
• The service can be requested and managed via USSD short codes.
