This service enables SabaFon subscribers to purchase all SabaFon packages through the authorized points of sale and service centers where the customer can buy and activate any SabaFon package instantly.

General points about packages sales:
• Selling Packages are available through authorized POS channels, Franchise authorized agents, SabaFon service centers and Shop in Shop.
• Packages can be sold to postpaid & prepaid lines lines, taking into account the different packages and prices.
• When a package is sold, a message arrives to the customer with the contents of the package.
• The validity days of the package will be added to the buyer’s line where the buyer can purchase the packages directly regardless of the line’s status, and the buyer will be granted package validity days’ even if the validity period of the line is less than the validity period of the package.
• Certified sales points can use the sales application of SabaFon or the short number * 171 # to Selling Packages.
• The Selling Packages program does not support the cancellation of sales and therefore the buyer must choose the package carefully.
• When the sale fails for any reason, a buyer’s notice message arrives with the process number where he can contact customer service 211 as well as another message to the sales point containing the process number where he can contact the sales support service 1212.
