This service enables SabaFon subscribers to know their phone numbers through sending the code MMN to the number 333 for 10 YER.

 

Multiparty Conference Call Service

This service enables subscribers to communicate with more than one party at the same time as the subscriber can join 5 calls together at the same time; however, at first, the call waiting service needs to be activated through calling the code: *43#

To make a multiparty conference call:

-Put the current call on hold

-Make a new call

-When the new call is answered, please press 3 and then confirm. Or from the option menu, please choose the    multiparty conference.

 

To pay the bill

This service enables SabaFon subscribers to pay their bills in units through the code: *124*1234*security code*phone number*number of units#OK

 

Bill Request through SMS

If you are a postpaid subscriber, this service enables you to know the amount of your current bill.

To inquire about the amount of current bill, please send the letter “f” in a short message to the number 1055 for free.

 

Itemized Bill Service

This service enables postpaid subscribers to get monthly itemized bills for calls and short messages and their specific time and cost. The subscription fee for this service is 80.50 YER per month.

 

On-demand Itemized Bill

This service enables subscribers to get an itemized bill for calls and short messages and their specific time and cost for one time. The service costs 482 YER.

 

Bill Amount Service

This service enables postpaid subscribers to know their current and most recent bill amounts through calling the service code 214.

 

Credit Balance

This service enables prepaid subscribers to inquire about the balance of their unit credit and the validity period of their units through the code: *102#

 

Credit Recharge

This service enables prepaid subscribers to recharge their credit through calling *101*number of card#OK

 

Credit Transfer

This service enables subscribers to transfer credit to any other number through the code *123*security code (by default 1234)*phone number*number of units#OK

-The amount of transferred units should not be less than 10 units.

-The security code can be changed through the code: *103*current security code (by default 1234)*the new security code#OK

 

Clip Service

Clip (or calling line identification presentation) is a service that enables you to know the phone number of the calling party before answering the call and the numbers that have not been answered. The service fee is 80.50 YER per month for postpaid subscribers and free of charge for prepaid subscribers.

 

Call Hold

This service gives notifications for other incoming calls while busy with another call. The service enables you to put the call on hold and answer the other call with the possibility to switch between calls.

To cancel the service, please dial #43#OK

 

Call Divert

When activating this service, you will be able to divert all your incoming calls to another number, the professional clip service, or to the voice mail. There are four cases for call divert available at your will.
