To know your number
This service enables SabaFon subscribers to know their phone number by calling 211 for free and choosing the number 8 for postpaid subscribers or 7 for prepaid subscribers

 

Multiparty conference call
This service enables subscribers to talk to more than one person at once. The subscriber can initiate a conference call with a number of subscribers that reaches 5 parties at the same time. However, in the beginning, the call waiting service should be enabled by dialing *43# and following the below instructions.

 

To initiate the multiparty conference call

    • Put the current call on hold
    • Make a new call
    • When answering the call, press 3 to confirm or from the option menu, choose multiparty conference.

 

Paying bills through units
This service saves the time and effort for postpaid subscribers. Instead of waiting in lines to pay your bills, you can pay your bills or any other’s bills by units following the below instructions:

    • Call 222 and follow the voice instructions or by dialing the code: *124*1234 (security code)*the phone number you need to pay the bills for*the units
    • Note: if the subscriber needs to pay his own bills, s/he can use the following code without the phone number: *124*1234 (security code)*units
    • Prepaid subscribers can pay the bills of another postpaid subscriber.
    • The minimum amount of units for paying the bills is 15 units.
    • The maximum amount of units for paying the bills is 500 units.
    • The subscriber can change the security code by dialing: *103*1234(the old security code)*the new security code*confirming the new security code#

 

Requesting invoice through SMS
If you are a postpaid subscriber, this service enables you to know the amount of the last bill and the current bill till the moment of inquiry by sending the letter “B” in a text message to the service code 1055 for free.

 

Itemized bills
This service enables postpaid subscribers to get an itemized monthly bill with all the details about outgoing calls, and messages with the time and cost for a monthly fee of 80.50 YER.

 

Itemized bill upon request
This service enables postpaid and prepaid subscribers to get an itemized bill with all the details about outgoing calls and messages with the time and cost for a service fee of 486.21 YER upon request.

 

To inquire about the amount of the bill
This service enables postpaid subscribers to know the amount of the last bill and the current bill till the moment of inquiry by calling the service code 1004

 

To inquire about the balance of the account
This service enables SabaFon subscribers to inquire about their balance of units and the validity period by dialing *102# for free.

 

Recharge the account
This service enables SabaFon subscribers to recharge their account with units by dialing the service code *101*number of the card#

 

Units transfer
This service enables SabaFon subscribers to transfer units from their account to any subscriber’s account

    • To transfer units, please dial 222 and follow the voice instructions or by dialing the following code: *123*1234(security code)*the number to transfer units to*units#
    • This service is available for postpaid and prepaid subscribers
    • The minimum amount of units to be transferred is 15 units.
    • The maximum amount of units to be transferred is 500 units.
    • The transfer fee for SabaFon subscribers (postpaid and prepaid) is 4% of the total units transferred.
    • You can change the security code by dialing the following code: *103*1234 (old security code)* new security code * confirmation of new security code#

 

CLI service
This service enables SabaFon subscribers from knowing the identity of the caller before answering the call by showing the number of the caller in addition to the calls that the subscribers could not answer. Service fee is free of charge for postpaid and prepaid subscribers.

 

Call Waiting and call hold

    • Call waiting service: It enables you to notify you when there is another subscriber calling you while you are on another call.
    • Call hold service: It enables you to put one of the incoming calls on hold and answer the other call with the possibility of moving between the calls.

Professional Cli service
This service enables you from knowing the numbers calling you when your phone is switched off or out of the coverage area. You can enable this service for other call forwarding options:

Voicemail service
This service enables SabaFon subscriber to receive and record your calls when you are busy, away, or unable to answer. The calls shall be answered automatically and the caller can leave a voice message for you in your voicemail which you can listen to later on.

    • To check your voicemail, please call 777. The service costs 5 YER for postpaid subscribers and 0.5 for prepaid subscribers.

Call forwarding
When activating this service, the subscriber can forward all calls to another number. There are 4 statuses for call forwarding service.

    • The service fee is free of charge for postpaid and prepaid subscribers.
    • The forwarded call shall be charged according to the destination number (the transferred to number)
    • Subscribers cannot forward calls to international numbers
