Sabafon held a Ramadan Iftar for orphans sponsored by the Orphan Care and Rehabilitation Home in Sana’a as part of its Ramadan campaign for the year 1444, which was launched with the slogan “Keep Hope Alive” and in conjunction with the Arab Orphan Day, which is on the first of April every year.
For his part, Mr. Majed Al-Yousifi, Acting Senior Director of Marketing Department at Sabafon, explained that holding the Iftar banquet for orphans confirms the company’s keenness on continuous support for orphans among many initiatives undertaken by the company this year. He confirmed that more than 550 children attended the banquet.
As explained by Mohammed Al-Malahi, the media officer of the company, that the aim of this event is to consolidate the principle of strengthening the bonds of compassion, especially for this important group within society, particularly in the holy month of Ramadan, which had a great impact on drawing a smile on the faces of children and orphans and alleviating their suffering.
