SIM cards in areas where 4G service is not available are of the 2G type
The package is added to the new line immediately after the activation process, and its cost is deducted from the balance of the point of sale activation line from which it is activated.
Note: The customer has the right to choose the Marhaba2 package at service centers in the 2G areas.
• The subscription period is 30 days, starting from the date of line activation, and for one time only
• When you obtain the Marhaba2 package and also subscribe to one of the monthly or weekly packages that grant free minutes to all local networks, the system will calculate the minutes and SMS cumulatively and also obtain a cumulative validity period of a maximum of 30 days only.
• When you obtain the Marhaba2 package, as well as subscribing to one of the monthly or weekly packages that grant 2G credit, the system will calculate the megabytes cumulatively and also obtain a cumulative validity period of a maximum of 30 days only.
